A terrific Farringdon Summer Show on Saturday in the church, the garden produce was of a high standard despite the very iffy weather for gardeners this season. Homecraft entries were exceptional and crafts high quality. Well done and thank you to all those who took part. Winners of the hanging basket competition were announced with no less than 6 certificates awarded. Special congratulations to the children who entered bug hotels, they will make cosy shelters for beneficial insects this winter. (Report from Penny C)
